We are now 40 days away from day 1 of The Big Adventure Summer Camp at Worth Ranch! Over the next couple of weeks we will be posting everything you need to know about pre-registering, paying, packing, participating, and packing up for camp. Today, however, we want to make sure you hit the first "p" in the process. The physician visit! EVERY scout and adult participating in camp must have a BSA physical on file with us at least a week prior to arrival at camp. Where do I get the BSA physical paperwork? The link below will take you to the PDF of the form.

This form requires a signature of a medical professional, normally a doctor, to be accepted by the BSA. All 3 parts, "A", "B", and "C", must be completed. Under part B, please ensure that the immunization section is completed on the form - they will not accept "see attached" with the immunization record turned in.
Many physicians will allow you to turn in the form if you have had a recent visit they can use to complete the form. Some may require a week or more to complete it and return it to you. If you cannot get in to see your physician, the local minor emergency centers will generally complete the physical for $25. Regardless of the method, the form must be the BSA form. UIL physical forms are not accepted.
Once you have the form, you can turn it in at any scout meeting in the office.
