Good Morning Red River 17ers!<br> We are quickly approaching our departure date for New Mexico and I am so glad that you have decided to join us on this epic adventure! I think we have a great trip ahead of us. Thank you so much for all that you have done so far for your sons and for Troop 17. I have a few more items that I need your help with and then we are ready to roll west.<br> I am sorry for the late notice but we need your help with a couple of standard BSA forms and training modules that are in place to protect all scouts and the adults that are going on this trip.<br> Youth Protection Training (YPT) is first and foremost on the list. It is a BSA standard that has been in place for years and is without a doubt the most important training offered and is required of all adults involved in BSA.<br> If you are over 18 years of age and joining us on this trip you are required to take this training. I have attached a link below that takes you directly to the training. Once you have completed it you are set for two years. Againthis training is about protecting your childrenso please take the time to complete the training lesson. All of our youth deserve trained leadership.
