Lots going on at Troop 17 the next couple of weeks! Below is a list of upcoming activities and eventssome of these require your attention and a response. <br><br> Tonight Mr. Virden will be teaching the Personal Management Merit Badge class at 6:30. Scouts should join if they are age 14 or First Class rank. <br><br> Tonight we will begin preparing for the Bouldering Campout (October 18-20) with a climbing safety program led by former Troop 17er and certified climbing instructor Greyson Bogle. Scouts please sign up for this campout if you are joining us and have not done so already. <br><br> Tonight we will also be signing up for the Longhorn Council Centennial Camporee (November 8-10). Scouts please sign up for this campout if you are joining us and have not done so already. <br><br> Saturday morning (October 12) from 8am to 1pm Troop 17 will be volunteering at the Tunnel to Towers 5k Walk/Run at the Shops of Clearfork. This is a great volunteer opportunity for a fantastic cause and will count toward community service hours. Scouts please sign up at the meeting tonight.
