This is a busy weekend for the Troop with a couple of events scheduled. We will meet at the Scout lodge at 5:30 to head to Wizard Wells for the weekend. Those that arent going are STRONGLY encouraged to volunteer at our other event for the weekend. We are working a concession stand at TCUs home opener on Saturday and need assistance! PARENTS and Scouts are needed to run the stand. With a campout and a Paschal football game, our numbers are very limited. We need your help. If you have never volunteered at one of these events, they really are a blast. Our new location this year is much better than last years. We anticipate more sales and will definitely have more space to work in. Any amount of time you can spend Saturday afternoon would be appreciated. Troop 17 hat and grey T17 shirt, if you have them, and khaki shorts/pants are the uniform of the day. They will have TCU shirts for you. The money we raise will go towards improvements in our bus and to offset the costs of Worth Ranch and Philmont summer camps. Please consider volunteering today contact Mr. Taylor at 817-291-8786.
