Today, 2/16, the Philmont crews will continue their trek preparations. Meet at the Scout Lodge at 2pm with your 25+ pound packs, hiking boots, water, and sun protection. This should be a great day to hike! Tuesday, 2/18, will be our Court of Honor where we will formally recognize the accomplishments of our Scouts since the last Court of Honor. Families and friends are encouraged to attend. Scouts should be in your full uniform with your merit badge sash if you have one. We will meet in the Eastminster room in the main church building at 7:30. Friday, 2/21 the troop will head to Worth Ranch for our February campout. Meet at the scout lodge at 5:30. During the COH on Tuesday, well need a firm count of Scouts attending. Parents, we need a couple of drivers on Friday night to help shuttle Scouts and potentially some to shuttle Scouts back on Sunday. The poop sheet and permission slip will be posted today.
