T17-Worth Ranch-Action Required posted 06/02/20
    We need a quick response on this!  We need to get a commitment from you and your scout on attending our Worth Ranch Mini Camp 2020.  The urgency is around signing up for merit badges.  They are being offered first come-first served and we would like to register tonight.  Here is this high level plan

Troop would start camp Wednesday afternoon, June 17th (drop off at Worth Ranch).  Scouts could arrive anytime throughout the week after that.  Pickup would be Sunday morning, June 21st.
Camping will be in our own individual tents and we will provide our own food.  This is basically an extended Troop 17 campout.  We will follow the guidelines we published for our recent Kyle Mountain campout.

Merit Badge classes are Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon (Scouts must attend both sessions).  Cost for a class is $75.  The following merit badges are being offered by the camp
Swimming (strongly recommended for first year campers)
Rifle 
Shotgun
Snow Sports
We need a minimum of 6 scouts to take a class for us to reserve it.  Scouts can pick one MB of those offered by the camp.  The Troop will be offering additional merit badges throughout the rest of the week (at no extra cost).  We anticipate our cost for food will be $50.  Total for a Scout taking a camp offered merit badge will be $125.

Adults, use the "Worth Ranch 2020 The Mini Adventure (6/17/2020)" to sign up.  Scouts not taking a camp offered merit badge would use that event also.

If you are NOT joining us this year, please reply to this email or use the event "Worth Ranch 2020 NOT ATTENDING".

If you register for a MB, well add your registration for the week also.  If you have any difficulty, please simply reply to this email with your intentions and Ill handle registering you.  Please register before tonights troop meeting so that we can shuffle people between merit badges if we cant fill a class someone has asked for.
