It is going to be a busy week Tuesday, 7:00 pm Philmont gear meeting figure out what you should ask Santa Claus for. If you are going to Philmont, please try to attend. Tuesday, is the deadline to put down a deposit for Philmont. $250.00. Tuesday, 7:00 pm Tracker Merit Badge Meeting See Dr. Tuesday, 7:00 pm Scout Meeting **Thursday Flag Fundraiser** 6:45 am at 3204 Sweetbriar Lane near Tanglewood. Will need help taking flags down at 6:00 pm also see Dr. Mathe for more info. Friday Sunday Climbing Campout target 6:45pm departure (subject to change after the meeting on Tuesday). Arrival target is 2:00 pm on Sunday. Several T17 alumni will be attending and leading the climbing adventures. Bring your permission slip and CASH on Tuesday if you plan on attending. Permission slip and poop sheet are online. **Saturday TCU Fundraiser** - The #3 ranked TCU Horned Frogs will take on San Diego State in the *final* game in the Amon G. Carter Stadium. The stadium, built in 1930, will be partially razed after this game and rebuilt for the 2012 season. WE will be one of the last of the 4 million visitors, at over 10,000 games played, to see as it stands today. Since this is a campout weekend, well need help from anyone that is available. This game a SOLD OUT GAME! We will need plenty of hands to help. IF YOU ARE NOT CAMPING, PLEASE TRY TO HELP HERE! They are looking for groups to man an additional stand not sure we could get enough volunteers, but that would be a nice addition to our $$! Arrival time is 11:00 AM. Game time is 3:00 PM.
