Scouts and Scouters, Troop 17 will host its semi-annual court of honor on Tuesday, February 23rd. During the courts of honor we recognize the achievements that the scouts have earned in a formal setting. We had originally scheduled it for Feb 16, but we are in quarantine. The weather should be warmer on the 23rd at any rate. See you all in a couple of weeks. Mr. Virden
