First off - Welcome to the new Scouts of Troop 17! We are only 2 days away from FLOUR WAR! Any United Nations peace keeping forces and observers (also known as adults) wishing to attend need to notify Roger Smith (or me) today if you havent signed up already. Same for the Scouts if you have not told your patrol leader that you are coming, contact them TODAY, especially if you want to eat! We will have several Webelos coming out to visit in addition to several boys bridging before the campout. Flour Wars is one of our most popular annual traditions. We are looking forward to a sunny (and windy) day on Saturday followed by a cold night please be prepared. Please mark your calendars for December 18thwe are participating in a community service project with TCU to help some children shop for their Christmas gifts at Target that morning. We need at least 10 Scouts to volunteer. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE to sign up. This can count towards your required service hours. Thank you, Mr. Turner
