Scouts and Scouters, <br><br> We have a busy weekend ahead. On Saturday morning at 7am Troop 17 will be staffing the Tunnels to Towers race. We need 8 scouts, thats 2 per patrol to serve. You will receive service hours for rank advancement as a result of your efforts. Please meet at the green space at the East End of the Shops at Clearfork on Saturday Morning and wear your Class B Uniform. Patrol leaders, please ensure that at least two members of your patrol volunteer for this. <br><br> Also on Saturday, Troop 17 will be holding a garage sale at St Stephen Presbyterian Church as a fundraiser for the Switzerland Trip. We need many volunteers. There are three shifts during the day. Please sign up for a shift or two. There is a sign up section on the troop website. I will forward that link in a subsequent email. We really need help with this. So far, only Ward Butler and I have registered. Patrol leaders, please call your scouts and ask them to volunteer. <br><br> On another note, we a group of Weblos from Pack 350 will be visiting us during our meeting tomorrow. Lets all go to the meeting and make them feel welcome. <br><br> Mr. Virden
