Troop 17, <br><br> We are now ready to brief everyone on the travel arrangements and next steps. We have called a mandatory meeting for this Wednesday, Oct 26, 6:30pm at the scout hut. We need at least one parent or guardian to attend but all are welcome. <br><br> You can expect the following information: <br><br> an overview of the flight travel arrangement <br><br> booking information for those using group travel and the process (group travel is mandatory for any unaccompanied scout) <br><br> how to book travel for those that are continuing in Europe as a family and not returning on the July 16 flight <br><br> key pick up date and time for families not returning on the July 16 return flight <br><br> What we need from travelers in group travel. At this meeting you will need to have your scouts (or adult is coming) info - full legal name for (travel on the passport), date of birth, and gender that all match the passport. We will have a spreadsheet where you will input this data for American Airlines at the meeting.
