Scouts/adults going to Kandersteg on Troop 17 group travel - this applies to the following 29 individuals (J. Alford, W. Fahey, R. Galbraith, S. Galbraith, S. Gourley, J. Grace, W. Kadane, P. Kadane, H. Kuester, W. Norris, W. Parrish, W. Reagan, A. Rhodes, E. Ridenhour, S. Sikes, K. Speed, W. Sykes, J. Thurman, W. Thurman, J. Walter, G.Woodall, L. Woodall, J. Voltin, H. Virden, J. Sikes, C. Sykes, M. Norris, D. Turner, J Woodall) <br><br> If you or your scout is going group travel both ways you can ignore the following: <br><br> If your scout booked group travel and you want a different flight back because you want to meet them in Europe here is the latest from AA. <br><br> When you call in to pay for your flight you can change the return portion of the ticket if it is within 6 days of regular departure. If you want a flight beyond the 6 days, they will take your reservation out of group travel, and you can buy an individual ticket with the return of your choosing. <br><br> Of course, make sure you keep the same flight number and date from DFW to Frankfurt. AA group travel has been challenging to work with and originally told us that you could stay in the group reservation but have now made this clarification. <br><br> Please contact American Airlines group travel at 800-221-2255 to make payments or to discuss the change you want to make and they can let you know if you can stay with the group reservation or need to be moved to an individual ticket, you must let them know you are with Scout Troop 17 with group reservation #291652. If you are a family in this category, I would suggest you do this as soon as you can to make sure you get the flights you want. <br><br> The above clarification can be ignored if you are going back and forth with the group (ie you are not meeting your scout and traveling Europe) the above clarification can be ignored if you are booking individually.
