T17 - Last Minute Reminders posted 04/28/11

Just a couple of last minute notes before the campout this weekend. The Rocket Mission has been scrubbed. We STILL ARE CAMPING at Worth this weekend. If you have not told your patrol leader that you are coming, I would suggest you call or text him right away. We are camping at the McClure Property and the area is quite overgrown. If you have a bow saw, loppers, or other brush trimming tools, please bring them along. Adults can bring chainsaws if they have them. I only had one person request permission to come out late for this campout. Remember, if you need to travel to a campout by any other means than our bus, you need to let me know IN ADVANCE. If you have something to tell me, email me ASAP. We should be able to get out to Worth at a decent hour if we can get on the road quickly. Please try to be at the Scout Lodge as close to 5:30 pm as possible. The weather should be great, but as always, this is Texas and it can change on a moments notice. Mr. Turner
