18 Scouts and 6 parents are making final preparations for travel to Philmont for two weeks of Scouting adventure in New Mexico. We are leaving Friday morning and will be back late on the 28th. We WILL still have Troop meetings during this time. The following people will be covering for adults on the trip Scoutmaster general questions and conferences - Mr. Bogle Scoutmaster general questions and Troop logistics - Mr. Rekieta Advancement - Dr. Lee Speaking of advancement, we made several moves that have been announced already since Worth Ranch. Listed below is a recap. Next week, we will also announce the new Senior Patrol Leader and a new Assistant Senior Patrol Leader. Canston Fitzwater has been promoted to Assistant Senior Patrol Leader. Buck Mosier has been promoted to Quartermaster. Jacob Mallison is now on Staff. Adam Turner is now on Staff. Noah Mathe is now the Patrol Leader for Eagle. Jordan Gonzalez is now the Assistant Patrol Leader for Eagle. Nathan Wolszon is now the Gearmaster for the Eagle Patrol. Rodney Marshall is now the Gearmaster for Flaming Arrow. McCaleb Taylor is now the Assistant Patrol leader for Pedro. Jay Fitzgerald is now the Patrol Leader for the Unknown Patrol. Atticus Johnson is now the Assistant Patrol Leader for Unknown. Jack Fitzsimons is now the Gearmaster for Unknown. Curtis Martin is now the Assistant Patrol Leader for Panther. Schedule Notes July 23rd 8:30-3:30, Matt Keller Eagle Project at Daggett Montessori School July 30th 8:30-4:30, Wilder Bogle Eagle Project at East Handley Elementary School August 7th 2:00pm, Eagle Court of Honor at St. Stephens August 16th, T17 annual party at Burger Lake Regretfully, I will also not be at the August 3rd Troop meeting due to travelling for work.
