Regretfully, we have had to make two schedule changes to our upcoming campouts. The Longhorn council has a lot of events overlapping at the camps (thats a good thing, right?) and we could not use the facilities on the dates we requested. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience that this causes. These are the new dates: MARCH 30-APRIL 1 - Brazos River Canoe Campout APRIL 27-APRIL 29 - Shooting Sports Campout Both of these dates have been updated on our calendar. From Mr. Peterson: The Family Life Merit Badge will meet at the Scout Lodge on Tuesday, March 7th at 7:00. We havent met in a while and I am sure that you are anxious to show off all that you have done. Please bring the following: 1. Meeting agenda for your Family Meeting, 2. Personal Project plan initialed by parents, 3. Family Project plan also initialed by parents, 4. the chore lists that you have completed so far. If you have not shown me your Requirements 1 & 2, please bring them as well. See you Tuesday. Mr. Peterson From Mrs. Smith: They will be meeting at 6:30 to start Personal Fitness (Eagle required) Merit Badge. Dress appropriate for a being measured and to take a practice run. This is the beginning of a 12 to 13 week program! On March 20, there will be a Theater Merit Badge class. Be sure to read the requirements to ensure that you can meet all the qualifications, including the required work outside of Scouts. Thanks, Mr. Turner P.S.
