Its almost that time of year again...the Fall. With the Fall comes football...and many opportunities for fundraising. We will be working with TCU again this year to run a concession stand in their NEW, LARGER, and MODERN facility. In addition to a larger stadium, TCU has new larger conecssion stands and as you know, a new fan base - the Big 12! This is our major fundraising effort for the year and it will need your support. The TCU home games have been added to our calendar so please make a note of the dates now. At each game, we will need 20 parents and Scouts to run the stand. Please see the note at http://www.troop17.net/docs_public/TCU2012.pdf for more information from Mr. Taylor. On October 27th, we will hold a garage sale at St. Stephens. More information on that will be comming soon. Scouts, participation in the Troop fundraisers, just like continued participation at other Troop activities, is required to advance in rank. Parents, please remember that Scout and parent participation in our fundraisers is crucial for us to keep our costs to you down. Participating will also help your Scout offset his costs for long term camps, including summer camp, Philmont, and our 2014 High Adventure Trip. Thank you, Mr. Turner
