T17 - Meeting and Philmont Reminders posted 10/09/12

Tonight the High Adventure Trip Committee will meet again at 7:00 pm to narrow down the list of potential locations for 2014 High Adventure Trip. Mr. Miller will be at the Harry Male scout lodge on Tuesday, October 9, at 6:30 pm to review any work accomplished toward completing these Merit Badges. Several scouts have completed their work and have received the badges already. The rest of you should be very close or should have also completed by now. Several scouts are down to their final requirement for Nation, the Congressional letter. Get the letters turned in via e-mail, or bring your original letter for review. If you have a response to your letter, please share. Bring your worksheets to be checked and if you are complete, I will fill in the Blue Card for you. If you have any questions, please e-mail him directly. See you tonight, Mr. Miller Philmont requests are due. If you are interested in going to Philmont in 2013, please register online now. Your $100 deposit is also due. We have 36 (last email said 39 which was a typo) slots available for the trip. Our treks are June 28th - July 13th, 2013.
