You are hereby ordered for the induction into the Semi-Armed Forces of The Great State of Texas, and to report in Full Class A Uniform to the Harry R. Male Military Processing Center on December 14, 2012 at 17:30 for deployment to Worth Ranch. If you have previous military service or are now a member of the National Guard or a Reserve component of the Semi-Armed Forces of the Great State of Texas, or just have some cool camouflaged clothing, you are instructed to bring said clothing with you for Military Maneuvers at Worth Ranch. Recruits must also possess valid documents prior to deployment. Permission and release paperwork from your spouse, father, mother, or legal guardian must be turned in to your Platoon Leader prior to departure in the troop transport. Should you not be able make the troop transport for deployment and will be travelling to the maneuvers in your POV (personally owned vehicle), the following links will aid in you locating the base camp at Worth Ranch. Recruits and Guardians are strongly encouraged to combine into as few POVs as possible when travelling to the maneuvers. http://www.troop17.net/images_public/McClurePropertyBaseCamp_large.jpg http://www.troop17.net/images_public/AreaOfOperations_large.jpg Recruits are also required to review the Poop Sheet to ensure preparedness for these maneuvers. Recruits arriving late at the Harry R. Male Military Processing Center are subject to disciplinary action including weekend KP duty. As announced previously, recruits in the Hawk Squad have distinguished themselves through conspicuous gallantry, ongoing support and dedication in service to their fellow man, specifically at the Texas Christian University paramilitary exercises (TCU football games). The fine young men in the Hawk Squad will be treated to dinner with their comrades in arms at the UN Peacekeeping Forces headquarters (the OF campsite) Saturday night. Dinner will be a feast of fried turkey with all the fixings. Other squads are also thanked for their efforts in raising almost $7,300 towards future troop maneuvers. Special recognition is also awarded to PFC Aaron Turner for his attendance at all exercises to date. Questions should be directed to your Platoon Leader or Squad Leader.
