Happy Friday to everyone! It looks like it is going to be a great weekend for camping! Please be sure that you have your permission slip (available online) turned in to your Patrol Leader when you get to the Lodge. We are going to Camp Constantin so the travel time is not too long, but it would still be nice to get there early enough to get camp setup and have a good nights sleep. Alternate travel plans... For those needing to come out late, there are two drivers coming out late (as far as I know). I will be coming out Saturday morning with Noah, Adam, Carey, and Rodney (that fills my vehicle up). **If this changes, please call me.** I think we meet at the Scout Lodge at 7:00 if that will work for everyone. We will be pulling out the sailboat also. Jack was on my list but I was told that he couldnt come out Saturday. I do not know his plans at this point. Mr. Lyles is coming out late tonight with his boys. Levi and Jay are looking for a ride out Saturday morning (sorry Levi - I did not count seats correctly in my vehicle). Patrick needs a ride out late Friday or Saturday morning. Nathan was looking for a ride back Saturday night. If you are in town and want to help Mr. Goldthwaite, he will be at WR in the Oscar Bilger Lodge trying to wrap everything up in time for Summer Camp. He plans on being there at 8:30am. Call him for more information. Speaking of Summer Camp - thanks to those that paid partial or full payments for camp on Tuesday. We would like to get everyone to pay half by next week. Fee is $225 total for camp. We will do shirt orders on Tuesday (more on that later). Medical forms are also due ASAP. I started reminding you in January to get them updated so I hope everyone has. They must be signed by a physician within the last year! I could also really use some help getting things organized, from a paperwork and orders perspective, for camp. If you can spare a few brain cycles and Tuesday evenings during the meeting to check off forms, collect shirt orders, etc., please let me know. We only have 4 weeks until The Big Adventure!
