In addition to our normal meeting activities, there will be a number of other things going on Tuesday night... Everyone going to Schlitterbahn should bring their signed permission slip and $60 cash to the meeting. The permission slip and poop sheet can be downloaded at http://www.troop17.net/docs_public/current_info.pdf. Parents - you are invited to join us on the Schlitterbahn trip! See the Poop sheet for more information. In addition to Schlitterbahn, there are lots of things to see and do in the Hill Country/New Braunfels area. Special note - several PHS Band members will be heading to New Braunfels after the football game in Joshua Friday night. If you need a late departure on Friday, please send Mr. Turner a note or see him on Tuesday. We can discuss departure time, etc. Depending on the number of people wanting to leave late, we may need to send your gear on the trailer with the rest of the Troops gear at the normal departure time. We will be loading the trailer Tuesday night so that we can leave as quickly as possible on Friday night. It is almost a 5 hour drive to the Rock Ranch so we will want to leave the Scout Lodge as soon as possible. Tuesday we will have a number of Weblos and Boy Scout visitors attending the meeting and meal planning sessions. Because of this, I will not be able to do any Scoutmaster conferences. If you are already signed up for a conference and can come early to Scouts, I will be at the Lodge by 6:30pm to get setup for the meeting and to do conferences. Anyone willing to come a bit early to help setup will be welcomed! I really want to make sure that we make a great first impression on our visitors. Thank you, Mr. Turner
