Invitations to this weekends GreenBar Training campout were sent last week. If you did not receive an invitation and feel that you may have missed it, please see me or Mr. Rekieta at the Scout meeting tomorrow. The permission slip for the trip is posted online. Cost is $20. Please bring cash (as usual) and turn it in to Mr. Peterson tomorrow night. For those that have not attended a GreenBar campout before, we do not camp with our normal patrols, but with patrols that we announce on Friday night. Patrol members elect their leader at that time. The OF has put together a menu already and we will have the shopping lists on Friday. Once we pack up the trailer Friday night, we will head to do shopping as a Troop. Several parents will be needed to assist at the store - this is a training exercise for the Scouts. If you have to wait for your son when they do the shopping for a regular campout, this is an opportunity to help them learn how to shop, and how to get it done quickly! There is no Poop sheet for this campout. Plan on sleeping in cold weather in your own tent as you will not know who your tent partner is until Friday night. Cooking will be done by patrol under the guidance of the OF. Thanks, Mr. Turner
