Please help with the spring prep work at Worth Ranch. We have a lot to do before summer camp 2014 and the list is extensive. If you will register for this work day before Wednesday at 9:00PM, see the link above, then the cooks can plan a great breakfast & lunch for all attendees. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday with breakfast starting at 7:30 in Roeser Hall, projects will begin immediately after. Oscar Bilger Lodge ----------------- Mr Bogle will be leading a team to install the Hardi Panels on the outside of the building. If you have ever wanted to learn how to install Hardi Board, here is your chance. Bryans two lead carpenters will be conducting a seminar all day. Mr Goldthwaite will be leading a team working on interior trim. If you have ever wanted to learn the ins and outs of wainscot, here is a great opportunity. Winter Sports Area ---------------- Charlie Martin will be heading down hill toward the finish line in construction of the Kyle Mountain Ski Slope. You probably saw it Sunday on your way up the hill from the boat docks. Ski Kyle Mountain! Pool ---------------------------------- Terry Test and Al Whitt will be preparing the pool for camp. Any future aquatics should jump into this project. Their plan is to have sparkling clear water in the pool for Mothers Day. Cedar Rail Fence Installation ------ Construction and repair of the split rail fences at Duncan Hall and the Todd Parking area need some help. Good Fences Leave Good Impressions. Make yours. Tree Trimming ----------------------- The Wildfire-Fuel-Mitigation team will again be clearing cedar trees in selected areas. If you are allergic to cedar pollen, you should choose another project Deaf Smith Campsite Shelter ------ Chris Goldthwaite will be leading a team to prepare to pour the concrete foundation for this newest campsite shelter building. Here is a chance to leave your foot prints in Worth Ranch Other Projects to be announced pending on the level of participation.
