PARENTS: Below are links to two important forms that you should review now... http://forms.troop17.net/forms/MedicalForm2014.pdf - This is BSAs new medical form. It is much simpler than the previous versions. If you are updating your medical form, please use this new form. Remember, we MUST have a medical form on file that has been signed within the last year by a physician. Please note, some physicians will complete the form based on your childs last visit. Get them your forms now so they are back by June 1! http://www.troop17.net/docs_public/WR_MB_2014.pdf - This is the list of available merit badges at Worth Ranch. Very shortly we will be asking your son to fill one of these out so that we can register them for merit badge classes. Please discuss this with them and encourage them to build a schedule now. We must have our final count for Worth Ranch summer camp 30 days in advance of the camp - that date is next week. If you have not signed up online, please register at http://www.troop17.net/management/register.asp?e=482. If you have trouble logging in, please simply reply to this note. We will have a poop sheet and permission slip posted after we get back from the campout this weekend. We will also be taking shirt orders - for the "old timers" we will be wearing the 2013 purple and yellow 90 year shirt, the 2012 dark green rope bridge shirt, the 2011 tan burning fire ring shirt, and the 2010 orange shirt with the handbook cover on it.
