From your Senior Patrol Leader Mandatory event for all older scouts This Saturday we will be cutting down trees to use for our pioneering projects this summer. We plan on meeting at the Scout Lodge at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning so we can drive out to Archies tree farm together. We will not be taking the bus so we will need cars to drive up to the farm together. Scouts attending will need long sleeves, pants, sturdy shoes, and plenty of water; it will be hot and brushy. All staff members, patrol leaders, and assistant patrol leaders are required to attend; we need only big scouts as a good deal of what we plan on doing will be heavy lifting.
