Please take a moment to read the reminders below... Philmont 2016 - We only have 12 people requesting to go to Philmont the summer of 2016. If you havent registered on the troop website for this event and are intending on going, please sign up today. http://www.troop17.net/management/register.asp?e=545 If you cant access the site, please reply and let me know you are interested - I will register you. IF WE DO NOT HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL INTEREST, WE MAY JUST SEND ONE CREW OF 12 PEOPLE INSTEAD OF TWO. WE HAVE TO MAKE OUR DEPOSIT TO PHILMONT ON JANUARY 15TH. Troop Dues are overdue...There are still over 40 families that owe dues. Please bring a check for $35 to the next Troop meeting (Tuesday). For those in OA, please add an additional $10 for OA dues. Registered adults are $25 for the Troop and $10 for those in OA. Checks should be made to Troop 17. Worth Ranch Work Day - the first Worth Ranch Work Day of 2015 is on January 3rd. Register to attend at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/WLWWZVX This is a good way to earn service hours and give back to our favorite camp! Wood Badge Adult Leadership Training - If you are interested in attending Scoutings premier adult training course, Wood Badge, please see Mr. Turner. The course is designed for adults and teaches contemporary leadership and team building skills. Not only for Scouting but for your professional development also, Wood Badge for the 21st Century presents leadership theories and techniques from todays leading experts. The course runs two 3-day weekends, March 20-22 and April 10-12. Be a part of history and attend the first Wood Badge course held at Worth Ranch since 1983!
