MEDICAL FORMS Unfortunately, we have many, many medical forms still with issues. At this point, it is easier to say who does not need to see us rather than those that do. So here goes... UNLESS YOUR LAST NAME IS LISTED BELOW, PLEASE COME WITH YOUR SON TO SCOUTS TONIGHT WITH YOUR COMPLETED MEDICAL FORM. PLEASE SEE US TONIGHT! I sent out WR statements last night. If you dropped off a payment late last Tuesday, it is still in the drop box and not posted. I know there are 3 checks in the box.
