*** Worth Ranch *** EVERYONE attending WR this summer MUST have a valid medical form on file with us. What is a VALID medical form you ask? It is this (http://www.troop17.net/forms/BSA_Medical_Form_680-001_ABC.pdf) form completed including a PHYSICIANS SIGNATURE within the last 12 months. This is a BSA requirement that we cannot make exceptions for. "But Mr. Turner, my insurance wont let me get a physical for Johnny for another month" you say? Send them over to CareNow (or any other similar business) and physicals are around $25. BE SURE TO TAKE THE BSA FORM. The BSA will NOT accept the standard UIL form that is used for band and sports. Please help me out and get this taken care of as soon as possible. We would also like to receive payment for WR this week. Cost is $240. This includes this years WR shirt, if the staff get it done in time. If you need assistance in paying for WR, we have some partial scholarships available. Please contact me directly if you need assistance. We do not want funding to be a blocker for a Scout attending summer camp. It lists what you owe and what has been ordered for you. If it is not correct, please bring it to Scouts this week to review. Mr. Peterson can review payment status. Dr. Lee can accept medical forms.
