In order of importance... Medical forms - I will be at Scouts at 6:30 tonight to start checking medical forms. I would love the parents to walk the medical form in so I can check it while you are still here. Please make sure your Scout knows if you are coming for parents night on Thursday. Please also discuss if you want to eat in the dining hall or not. I will need to give the staff a count. I would recommend you bring food as the Scouts might enjoy a meal from outside of Palo Pinto. Payment - I can check your balance tonight. We really need final payment tonight. Adults going to camp I have a form you need to fill out tonight. Shirts - I have the blank, prior year shirts and will be handing them out tonight. We will still need some folks to help take down flags before the meeting tonight. See you tonight! We need everyone going to camp at scouts tonight if possible. Mr. Turner
