Scouts who are currently working on Personal Fitness (you know who you are), you have the opportunity to meet with Mrs. Smith TONIGHT at 6:45 at the Scout lodge. We will be going over some of the knowledge needed for better understanding of fitness and nutrition. This is a great way to get help with the written part of this merit badge so bring your merit badge booklet and worksheets or note paper and pen. I suspect most of you should be wrapping up your fitness routine log or needing a jump start to restart your program. We will also check in on your progress and schedule times for fitness assessments.
For Scouts wanting to start this merit badge, get a copy of the merit badge booklet, look over the requirements and come willing to commit the next three months to a fitness routine.
