We have several recruiting events over the next month that both Scouts and OF are attending. I would like to challenge all our Scouts to come up with a flyer or brochure for us to hand out to 5th graders at these events. It should target both current Cub Scouts and those that have never been in Scouts. Another design idea may be to come up with an invitation to hand out for Flour Wars in December. If you have an idea, a concept, or the completed flyer, please see me or Mr. Goldthwaite as soon as possible. There will be a prize for the person or patrol that designs the best advertisement for the Troop. Deadline to be considered for the prize is September 12th. Thanks, Mr. Turner
