T17 - TCU Update and Next Game Info posted 09/06/16

We did much better than expected on Saturday. The game was close and we sold the heck out of everything we had in the stand. Our new Jolly Rancher Slush was not as sticky as anticipated and we sold over $200 worth of them. The logistics were a bit challenging with the concessionaire but we will continue to work with them to improve their, and our, operations. Because of those challenges, we do not have our final numbers yet back from the game. It does appear from our counts that we may have made around $1,200 for the Troop. OUR NEXT GAME IS THIS SATURDAY! It is against Arkansas and should be a big draw from both TCU and Razorback fans travelling to Fort Worth. Game time is 6:00 pm and report time is 2:00 pm. As of this morning, we have 9 people signed up for the game. We will need an additional 10+ people to run the stand. It is game #2 and an hour earlier so we should be out quicker this week. For anyone that wants to sleep late, this is the game for you. The game after this (on 9/17) has a 7am report time.
