Summer camp at Worth Ranch is just around the corner and we do not have the new BSA physical form for all scouts and adults yet. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAY OVERNIGHT WITHOUT A CURRENT PHYSICAL. We are also missing t-shirt orders for the "special" troop shirts we wear during the week. Come to the meeting Tuesday and get these taken care of. All adult atttending Summer Camp are required to have completed Youth Protection Training. See Mr. Duke on Tuesday so he can get information from the adults for the Texas Camp leadership form. Kandersteg is fast appproaching; we leave in one month. We still have a few families who are not paid to the $1750 amount. Airline tickets were purchased Wednesday. Everyone needs passports and a new physical. Gear lists were distributed at the Court of Honor. Permission slips will be distributed after summer camp. From Dr. Mathe and First Aid Merit Badge: I will do CPR and finish First Aid Merit Badge for the scouts that missed it on the advancement campout on June 6 at 2pm my house. The scouts need to have the rank requirements finished on the merit badge handout and show me their personal first aid kit in order to completer the merit badge. mathe From Dr. Mathe and the Flag Fundraiser: We had a very good turn out for flags on Memorial Day and we already have over 65 houses on our route, high compared to previous years. The next flag days will be challenging Flag Day, June 14 is during Worth Ranch and July 4 is during the Kanderstag trip and Mathes vacation. So we will need help help from anybody in town on those days.
