Welcome to August - its amazing that the summer is almost over already! Troop 17s Eagle Court of Honor is Friday, August 13th at 7:00 pm. Morgan Hixs Eagle project is Saturday, August 7th at the Paschal High School field house. Meet at 8:30a and wear work clothes and gloves. Mr. Taylor is going to hold a class in the fall for the "Ad Altare Dei Catholic Scouting Award". Anyone interested should contact Mr. Taylor. We had two fathers volunteer to get certified to drive the Troop bus. Anyone else willing to volunteer should see me or Dr. Mathe. The more parents that are qualified, the more flexibility we will have in scheduling our trips. Yours in Scouting, Mr. Turner
